The Gunnison Aquatics Center invites you to participate in the 2011 Swim Clinic. The Clinic will take place Thursday, August 11th through Sunday, August 14th. The clinic will be from 1 to 5pm on Thursday and Friday, and from 10am to 4pm on Saturday and and 10am to 3pm Sunday. This is NOT SWIM LESSONS. The clinic is designed for serious competitive swimmers. Participants will be divided up into roughtly 11-14 year olds and 15 years and older swimmers.
The clinic will include both above and under water individual video analysis, endurance training, strenth and conditioning, stroke refinement and high altitude training. It is designed to offer more private one-on-one coaching. Participants will have a better understanding of their own hydrodynamics, skills, and proper technique for competitive swimming.
