West Virginia Avenue CLOSED

Starting Monday, September 13th, the 100 Block of West Virginia Avenue will be closed. The Streets Crews will be removing the asphalt from the street in anticipation of the new asphalt overlay being placed later in the week. It is hoped, if all goes according to plan, that the new street asphalt will be placed and completed by Friday. Once Virginia Avenue is complete, the Crews will start work on the 100 Block of West Georgia Avenue. For additional information, contact the Public Works Department at 641-8020. We all recognize this is a tempoorary inconvenience due to the street closure, however, the City crews thank everyone for their patience during this project.
