Kindergarten to 8th Grade: gymnastics, cheerleading, Tae-Kwon-Do, volleyball, hula hoop, wrestling, cross country skiing, basketball, rock climbing, ice skating, youth diving, swim lessons, Kingston Swim Club
Teen & Adult: Tae-Kwon-Do, rock climbing, hula hoop, ice skating, master swimming, underwater hockey, pickleball, Bootcamp aerobics classes, nordic ski tours, water aerobics
