City Council Action

City Council will be meeting on Tuesday, November 8th at 7pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 201 W. Virginia Avenue. Council will be conducting a Public Hearing on the proposed 2012 City Budget. The public is welcome to come and give input on this important City document. The Council will also take action on the following: a License Agreement with the Downtown Woodshop, 222 N. Main Street for placement of a hanging sign over the City sidewalk; action on a letter to the Colorado Department of Natural Resources regarding the Colorado Department of Parks and Wildlife transition reports; consideration of an Ordinance amending thee City Code regarding fees charged for Special Event Liquor Permits; a Resolution regarding a change in the processing of Special Event Liquor Permits; and a Resolution canceling the Council meeting set for November 22nd and rescheduling it for November 29th.
